Beginning in 2017 for taxable years beginning after January 1, 2016, for both Federal and California, the limited liability company business (partnership) entities calendar-year taxpayers, the new tax filing deadline is March 15th. If an extension is filed, the extended due date is September 15th.
There are potential large penalties for failure to file or late-filing.
